Hi, I’m Christine O’Dell, Founder of The Feminine Leadership Quest and Creator of The Feminine Power Marketing Formula Coaching Program.

My work focuses on supporting women entrepreneurs with powerful yet feminine marketing strategies for successfully building an online business – so they can make a difference doing something they love. Through my marketing and leadership trainings women experience inspiring, practical, step-by-step tools that result in a huge increase in their feminine power and presence and in their business.

I teach women entrepreneurs a marketing formula that has two facets. The first is to acknowledge and express their powerful and feminine qualities so they can inspire others through their business. The second is to learn how to harness the extraordinary marketing power of the internet and attract the attention of their ideal partners and clients. This two-faceted formula helps women market their businesses with greater joy and ease. I call this formula “Feminine Power Marketing”.

The Real “Messy” Story About Me

At age 30 I earned a Master of Arts degree, but the most valuable education I’ve received has been through what I fondly call the “entrepreneurial school of hard knocks”. With your indulgence, I’d like to be really transparent and tell you the “real” story of my entrepreneurial journey, i.e., the “real messy” part of it.

My story isn’t pretty, in fact, it’s actually pretty messy. It’s so messy that for a long time I was actually embarrassed to tell it. I was ashamed to share that I was living this “chronically crappy life” – I was having chronic financial problems, chronic health problems and chronic job problems. Not exactly the perfect picture of a budding entrepreneur!

So this “chronically crappy life” as I call it, was just ripping my heart out because I knew I had so much to share – I had so much inside me that I wanted to express through a business. I’ve always been very entrepreneurial so it was really torture for me to work for someone else. I had been puttering around for years trying to launch a business. So, a couple of years ago, when I was laid off from yet another job, I decided “enough was enough”!

That was my big turning point – that’s when I made the decision to develop and up level myself in all areas of my life – and eliminate that “chronically crappy life”. I was ready to straighten out the mess I was in and create the business I dreamed of. I just had to jump off that cliff and trust that it would all work out.

Straightening Out “The Mess”

Well, as you might guess, it wasn’t all that easy at first – and maybe you can relate to that too. I was sitting in front of my computer tearing my hair out – I just couldn’t figure out how I was going to make money with that dang computer! I saw a lot of other women who were incredibly successful and was dying to know how they were making their computers go “ka-ching, ka-ching”. I admired the success of these women, but at the same time I felt really depressed and stupid that I couldn’t figure out what they were doing right (and my master’s degree wasn’t helping!).

When I first started my business I had some really creative ideas but didn’t know beans about marketing myself online. I also discovered that I was not the only woman entrepreneur struggling with online marketing. It seemed that the struggle, frustration and overwhelm was pretty common, and sadly it still is. So I set out to do something about it with a strong desire to create a “Feminine Business Model”.

My big a-ha moment came when I realized I was doing everything the masculine way – I was pushing and asserting and using too much “masculine power”. I was burning out my brain by being in my head all the time, when what I craved was to lead with my heart, which felt so much better to me. I didn’t understand that I could use my “feminine power” – a more attractive and receptive power – and how much better it would feel.

My Tough Transformation

Essentially, I ended up doing everything wrong before I started doing everything right. As many women do, I took lots of courses, hired coaches and wasted tons of time and money. Some of it helped, some of it didn’t. The most profound part of my transformation came when I realized it was time for me to step out as a powerful and feminine leader, and stop following what everyone else was doing. I needed to trust my inner, feminine intuition and begin to express my own unique gifts – the gifts that only I could share.

I didn’t need to do more or learn more – I needed to stop grasping at all those shiny objects out there that were luring me to do what everyone else was doing. I needed to immerse myself in expressing my own creative, feminine essence and allow myself to attract and magnetize what I wanted with joy and ease.

This has been incredibly empowering for me – and I realize now that my gift – my message – my mission is to serve women entrepreneurs who are spiritually grounded, conscious and caring women who have incredible business ideas that they want to share in a big way. So I created the marketing formula I call “Feminine Power Marketing”.

Feminine Power Marketing is a system that walks women through a feminine, creative process that not only feels right to them, but effectively harnesses the extraordinary power of the internet – without the struggle and overwhelm. This system is a simple, yet powerful marketing formula that provides a process and structure for a woman’s feminine energy to flow into, so she can create a business that reflects her passion for service to others.

Helping Women Entrepreneurs Thrive, Flourish & Prosper

So as you can see, there was a powerful personal transformation that took place for me that has allowed me to discover my true gifts and how to share them with the world. I’ve overcome the struggle and overwhelm and created a thriving, flourishing and prosperous business and life.

Now I understand how to tap into my feminine power and presence and express myself in a way that other people “get me” so I can share my business message with more women. I’ve turned my quest for a more feminine face of business into The Feminine Leadership Quest so I can teach other women how to create and build brilliant businesses of their own. It has become my mission to help women entrepreneurs thrive, flourish and prosper in their businesses and lives.

That “chronically crappy life” I spoke of earlier has become my touchstone that has catapulted me into a life of service doing something I absolutely love to do. My wish for you is to find YOUR touchstone so you can create the business and life you’ve always dreamed of!
